ü     Work with others in your host team, staff.

     If you are a church - pray and surrender it all to God, seeking His wisdom on the planning, asking & preparing to serve Him through this. Without prayer nothing happens that lasts! 

ü      Communicate with other groups, churches or ministries in your area about the workshop. “You cannot not over communicate!” 

ü      Contact your local Radio stations (classical, jazz, news, Christian) in your area to advertise this workshop (ALL have free public service announcements available for you). 

ü      Choose a meeting room that matches the number of people registered as best as you can.  (Having it too small or too big inhibits the learning & bonding process)  

ü     Always try to have the technical equipment ready to go before the morning of the event. (Emergency back-ups are great to have on hand).

ü     Partnering with other  groups or churches in your area is always a good way to do a workshop - remember it increases the number of contacts into your city  for impact.
